Admissions

If the school’s enrolment and admissions numbers have not been reached the school will enrol all the children of school age whose parents wish them to attend, providing such admissions would not prejudice the efficient use of resources within the school. If either of these numbers are exceeded
the Governors will use the following criteria in deciding which pupils should be admitted.

Admission Criteria for children starting Y1 at or after the beginning of the school year, 2008-2009

1. Children of the compulsory school age for Northern Ireland.
2. Children who are resident in Northern Ireland at the time of their proposed admission*.
3. Children who reside in Crumlin and its environs including the traditional catchment area of the school*.
4. Children who have brothers or sisters attending the school.
5. Children who live closest to the school as measured by public road.
